My son needs these for under a sports tshirt. The fit is great but the shirt is rather short on him.Wish it was longer.

I would have gotten a XXL had they offered it. In all fairness it does accomplish its purpose; however, it's difficult for me to breathe being that tight.

Keeps the mid section around the surgery compressed. Got a medium. I’m 510 210. Fits way better than any other post surgery garment. I just bought 3 more

I was expecting it to be tight so I experimented and found that rolling it up to put it on and take it off works best. I have been using this brand for 3 years and it is, by far, the best of its type out there. I will NOT use any other brand.

Nice snug fit

This fits tight and pulls my rolls in. This is what I wanted. I see others on here complaining about how its tight and hard to get in and out of, but I want the sliming and it does that.
