I only needed one coat for full sealing!
We just had our shower retiled and I used this to seal the grout. I ended up only needing one coat and water was no longer darkening the grout. Crazy good! I used a foam brush to apply and wiped off excess every few minutes to keep it off the tile or from turning milky.
