The product is amazing.
I ordered three wicker baskets of different size, and all are amazing. Only it is making some noise while pulling out, after installation that’s why I am giving one less star.

Good material bad channel
While the product is really good, the baseket doesn't move smoothly in the wooden channel - a lot of pull and push makes is a bit frustrating. If you are used to smooth channels - think before you go for it.

Good product but needs to improve on accuracy of dimension
Good product, sturdy and well made. Looks awesome. But too much variability in the dimension of the product. One fits perfectly, other doesn't fit at all. I now need a carpenter to mill the side support.
