It works. After 60 minutes doing indoor bike the sweat comes after 15-20 minutes .

Works really well
I had sooooo much sweat dripping off me when I used these together just doing weightlifting. They have to be combined for the effect to really take place. I used the gel without the wrap and got no sweat at all.

I bought two and only received one and it doesn’t fit so it’s just taking up space

Not for people with long torso
Wonderful! Makes me sweat so much when I use them together. But I have a long torso so I have to use two of them.
