Having trouble installing sd card, how do you open slot?

I had a huge problem with the microSD card. 1) Cover is removed at top of tablet (small gap to open cover) on right side when facing screen. Cover has some plastic snaps and is removed by releasing them using gap and then falls away from the back side. 2) The microSD slot is the only one not taped over. There are several components that block a straight slide into the slot so I suggest having a standing light source, tablet screen down on table and tweezers or similar. Align card with the slot edges you can see and make sure first half centimeter of card is in position. As you push forward the card will clear the components and lay flat. At that point you can just push card the rest of the way in to the slot reader. Hope this helps

Don't send everything

I got this but I did not get everything that should have gone with it but never did. The reason why I know this is because a friend of mine got the same one and she received more items with hers then I did with mine

Not as advertised.

This tablet is cheaply made. All the accessories do not work as advertised. As of February 17th, 2022 it reset itself to factory settings and stop working.

Great tablet

This product is fast, shipped quickly and very easy to work and transfer all information. I had issues with it in the beginning but it was my fault for the child restrictions. Once I took off restrictions I was able to get everything transferred quickly.
