I have been using this multi-vitamin for 3 years now. I am 50+ and experience horrible hot flashes. There is something in this product that seems to help lessen if not eliminate them. I feel for me, it has been an excellent supplement. I have good energy and can definitely tell a difference if I miss a dose. I am very sensitive to supplements so I only take 2 per day and it seems effective. I am religious about getting bloodwork done and my numbers are good.
