Does it come with the smaller brushes for nipples and vents?

It does not come with a vent brush but the end is designed to clean the nipples.

Does it fit the 6oz bottles? Or is it too short?

Does it splatter like normal brushes do when you pull it out?

I use mine for my cold brew coffee filter. The bristles are soft and it doesn't fling water like the old hard bristles brushes with a bottle on my filter. If that helps at all.

Do the bristles become less stiff over time and suds up better than first uses?

I never thought my bristles were stiff. It seems to hold soap well.
