The sound box is very soft volume With no adjustable controls. Clock appears to keep very accurate time

Item arrived as stated. Husband installed in clock and all worked. Had a little trouble adjusting chime to correct hour but he finally figured it out and all is great

Poor written installation and time setup instruction. Had to pay a clock shop $30 to explain it.
Nice looking parts. Even though I am very technical, the instructions are pathetic and translated / written in/very poor English. They must provide sensible logical and numbered steps with clear documentation for instruction. Paid a clock shop to explain it that charged $30 for 10 minutes. Now I will try to set it up-not optimistic . I would not buy it again and it is too bad I can not longer return it as it is still not working. Do not waste you TIME!

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.
CHIMS DIDN'T WORK RIGHT. THEY MAKE A SICK CHIM SOUND, BUT ON EVERY QUARTER HOUR IT WILL CHIM AND THEN IT STRICKS A DIFFERENT HOUR (QUARTER HOUR SEVEN O'CLOCK. HALF HOUR TEN O'CLOCK, QUARTER TILL TWO O'CLOCK.) AND ON THE HOUR IT'S YOUR BEST GUESS.

Better measurements. Had to do some adjustments to get it to fit. Also, the instructions are very vague. It does work.
