buy it
easy instructions, took us 90 minutes to hook it up, takes some effort to put on the very last springs, other than that it’s sturdy and it’s great

It lasted less than 2 years.
Purchased April 6th 2023. I live in Norfolk VA. Mild winters here, rarely snow. Only recently did it snow a few inches, and you betcha I was out there clearing the snow as soon as it started to accumulate on the trampoline. IN FACT, I laid a tarp down and pulled it every hour. It's not like I live in New England, we only got 4 inches of snow. First snow since purchasing this trampoline. The cat and I had some serious fun on it as it was his first snow. Anyway. Fast Forward 6 days, and I want to jump on it (like I normally do every other night). IMMEDIATELY 5 SPRINGS break from the FABRIC of the trampoline. My neighbors thought it was a gunshot. Nope, just my less than 2 year old trampoline backfiring. 5 whole springs. COMPLETELY torn from the fabric. Once again, I took care of this trampoline through the heat (its in a shaded area) and the snow (with the tarp and immediate snow removal). What am I supposed to do? This was expensive and it didn't even last through one WEATHER system with extra care. I had to pull springs together just to keep its shape (no jumping) I would appreciate some help from this seller. I saved up for 3 years to purchase a trampoline at the age of 34. The first photo happened with 5 different springs. I am so sad. I loved this trampoline but it failed miserably.

Well made trampoline, if a little difficult to assemble
Delivered in two separate boxes. If you only receive one box, the other shouldn’t be far behind. Spent a couple of hours yesterday assembling the bottom and another couple assembling the enclosure today. The instruction manual was not very helpful at certain points and even referenced illustrations of a trampoline with 4 legs (this one has 7). Toughest parts were the pre-work to make a level area and attaching the jump surface. Attaching the jump surface would have been easier at the start with accurate illustrations, but installing the springs took a lot of strength. 6 year old is very happy with the results!

Not a quality hoop or support poles
Basketball hoop broke within 2 minutes of shooting the ball in. One of the support poles has bent and broke after 3 weeks of use.

Very Poor Quality
We bought a 15 foot JumpKing trampoline 8 years ago, and it was awesome. Solid build quality, green mat that didn't get hot in the sun, and lasted 8 years! So when it finally broke, we went straight back to JumpKing. Unboxing the tramp, I immediately noticed the build quality was nowhere near the original trampoline. The poles were all way skinnier diameter, and even the steel thickness was almost half as thick. The mat was black instead of green, no biggie, but it was also thinner than the original and not as bouncy once installed. I think, "well, it'll break in". Instead, we already have pieces falling off and it's only been in use for 3 weeks. I'm very disappointed in the change in build quality. I would not recommend this product. It's too bad, because our first JumpKing trampoline really was good.

Fun for the kids
Definitely takes two people to set up it was easy enough I was able to get my 11 year old to help me set it up.
