Reliable power inverter
The OVAL 150W Car Power Inverter has been reliable and convenient. It worked exactly as described. I used it to charge my laptop and battery powered ryobi fan, and was impressed with how quickly it charged, especially considering it’s drawing from a vehicle power source. The dual USB ports are a great addition for charging phones or tablets simultaneously. It plugged in securely to the cigarette lighter and stays firmly in place without wiggling or disconnecting. Overall, a solid and practical product for road trips or mobile work setups.

Gotta use power tools when no outlet is around. Wonderful
Works very wellCompact and easy to store.Make sure your car is running when using this otherwise you'll drain your battery fast.Well built, felt sturdy and solid in my hand.Cigarette plug went in easy and felt nice and snug, not much wiggle room.Used this to power a car buffer (no garage and was using it in the middle of a car park) car buffer didnt waiver and this little cobtraption kept power to it going very steady.Id take breaks to let me car sit off for a bit. Then turn it on and use this with the car buffer for 30 minutes. This item never got hot, stayed cool.

Very compact and functional
I’m glad they added “cord length” to the review because i do think the cord length on this is a bit short. It was just enough for the adapter to reach the 12v plug in the back of my Cayenne. My Cayenne doesn’t have a regular plug in the rear but it does have 2 usb ports, but it barely delivers enough power for 2 12.9” iPads in the rear. So i decided to get an inverter and use my Anker charger. This solution worked great, the kids had adequate power for their iPads on our entire trip. I would say, my Anker 100w usb-c charger didn’t feel very secure plugged into the inverter. I wish it was a bit tighter there as i feel the kids can accidentally knock it out of the inverter or if something metal hit the plug while it was loose, it would short the entire thing. One more thing i wish they would have added, that i do see on the higher wattage ones is an On/Off switch. If i didn’t have 4 zone climate control, I’d try to find a way to hardwire this into my rear console.

IT WORKS AND IT HELPED ME OUT ALOT!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this power inverter 2 months ago on March 2nd. I just finally used it today because my tire were flat. Finally took it out the box for test. It didn't burn out on me. And it sure didn't overheat and melt on me. But anyways it's very small for an inverter so people can't expect something this small to handle whatever they used it for. Just use as an incase you're tire get flat.

Definitely works and reliable.
Long overdue review, but the inverter works great. Even powered a mini travel crock pot during a road trip. No issues in 7 years.

First Line of Defense in the Robot Apocalypse
We bought this so I could use my computer in the car on long trips. Big mistake. If John Conner had this the Skynet would have been toast. The first couple of times I use it everything was fine. Then all of a sudden it didn't work. So I did what any reasonable person would: I tested the outlet with another charger I knew worked. (I don't know the proper term for the thing that used to have a cigarette lighter in it.) That one didn't work either. I figured something went wrong with my outlet. No biggie, I have two others.I then this device into the other outlet in the front of my van. Would you believe that one didn't work either? Gee whiz. At this point I'm concerned about my van's outlets because like many normal humans I use those to charge my fancy cellular phone that may or may not be neutral in the robot/human wars. I went to the one in the back of the van and, like a less reasonable person, plugged it in that one too. Triple failure. We took the van to the mechanic who is probably a double agent and he fixed one of the outlets. Why not all? Good question, I don't know. We were in the middle of a giant pain in the butt move and I was worn down and grateful that I had one way to charge my phone on the trip. Since I drove the whole way I didn't attempt to use this little nightmare on that trip.Fast forward to today and we are on another trip. Like the truly brilliant person I am I decide to try it again. Now we're back to no outlets working. As icing on the cake, I also plugged it into one of those nifty portable car battery jumpers and guess what? No, go ahead and guess. I bet you can't so I'll tell you. That broke too. Won't turn on at all.Now my only hope is that Kyle Reese will come back in time to prevent me from ever using this thing. He could tell me what would happen and ask very nicely if he could take it to save mankind and I'd say yes because Michael Biehn is wonderful. As a bonus I'd also be participating in saving all humanity from extinction which is also good, I guess.
