It is counter bored to accommodate barrels that are not undercut at the shoulder. It also has a durable Black Nitride finish. Great fit and finish
Fit and finish were great. Perfect length, although maybe the tiniest bit more of material at the end to protect the crown could be helpful. But I’m nitpicking, it protects the threads and as long as I’m not dumb everything should be just fine. 5 star product.

Exactly what I wanted
I searched Amazon for for thread protectors and had a lot of trouble with sellers listing dimensions.
