Beginer Friendly
Very good book to start grasping the basics of Go. Well structured & relatable examples are present. I felt, if the answer to the exercises were given - it would have been a good recap of the chapters.Overall, a good book and also affordable price range.

Hands-on Go Programming: A Deep-Dive That Falls Short
Introduction: A Sea Voyage of LearningAs a dedicated learner with an affinity for computer programming, I found the prospect of delving into Google's Golang to be an enticing prospect for my off-grid holiday. The seafaring journey provided ample time to absorb the complexities of a new language, making the "Hands-on Go Programming" paperback seem like the ideal companion for this expedition. Regrettably, the voyage of knowledge turned into an odyssey of confusion.Content: Lost in a Sea of InconsistenciesThe book claims to cover Google's Golang, data structures, error handling, and concurrency. It indeed addresses these topics, but not in a manner befitting a guide. In the tranquil solitude of the open sea, I found myself cast adrift in a turbulent sea of confusion. The book left me with more questions than answers. The language used is reasonable, but the underlying content is far from it. The explanations within the text are riddled with knowledge gaps, and on more than one occasion, I encountered contradictory explanations. With no internet to bridge the understanding gap, it became a frustrating exercise in futility.Utility: A Mere Shelf OrnamentIf you're planning to look smart by lining your bookshelf with impressive titles, this book may serve the purpose. But if you're earnestly looking to learn Golang, I'm afraid this book may let you down. Conclusion: An Unrewarding JourneyIn sum, the "Hands-on Go Programming" book proved to be an unsatisfactory investment of both my time and money. Instead of becoming a guiding lighthouse illuminating the complex waters of Golang, it remained an iceberg hidden in a sea of confusion. I embarked on this journey in the hope of gaining new knowledge. Unfortunately, the only thing this book has provided is a stern reminder to make more informed choices in the future.

The best introduction to GO Language
This book covers all basic data structure concepts in Golang. Defiantly a good book for in-depth knowledge, well written with good practical examples.

most worthless of all go books. suitable for survey students who need shallow familiarity or credit
There is no mention at all of how to write or read a file. These words aren't even in the skimpy index. The very shallow coverage of each topic looks like printed notes from a survey course for marginal students. You will notice that all but 2 of the reviews were from India and likely from the students of that class. You would expect better. This book is of no use to programmers. If you see how shallow it is in a bookstore, you won't buy it.
