Works with 3.3V and 5V both. I use it to control ceiling fan, lights.
Works with 3.3 V and 5.5 V both.Usage is simple:1. Power the relay: Connect two jumper wires from power source (battery or Arduino/board out) to the relay (3.3V and GND pins in NodeMCU for example).2. ON/OFF signal - connect a single wire from GPIO pin (Arduino/NodeMCU) to one of the 4 bits on the relay. If pin is HIGH, the relay is ON. 4 such wires can be connected.3. Power the appliance: screw in two wires from applicance to a board and a power source (socket for example), basically complete the circuit. 4 wires, so 4 applicance can be connected max.

Not really sure if I received new items
I just opened the box and sharing my initial feedback. The packaging was not nice, the motors and speaker look like they are used and old. This is the first time I buying this kind of stuff so not sure what to expect. Will check with others and update my review if is is expected.I will add more feedback or update the above lines after using the stuff for few days.
