this is it. this is the book. if you are on a spiritual journey, you should definitely read this one. it’s a gem of a book. it really makes you feel so much better and super comforting and enlightening at all the same time.

Nice book !! The content is GREAT but somewhat contradictory in starting chapters and the reader may feel slightly confused,(later chapters are good).. For example the author says that you have no mind and yet you have to destroy the mind , all spiritual practices are useless and yet at the same time they are necessary for you to reach a point where you can realize that truth and many more... It took me a while to realize that whatever the author says is true as he is speaking from experience and it depends from what level you are speaking...Final verdict: Definitely recommended to all sincere spiritual seekers !!

Robert Adams is the forgotten jnani of America... there's no other way to say it. He spent some time at Ramana's ashram WITH Ramana, and then disappeared. But he did give satsang to a small group of people and became quite well-known in a small circle. Just google him and you can hear (no video) literally dozens, maybe hundreds of his satsangs. He sounds a bit like Marlon Brando in "The Godfather" and is a bit difficult to understand, so turn the volume up! He is truly a gem... and this book is his satsangs and discussions that have been organized into written form. The content is priceless.Its a beautiful guide for someone who is a seeker. Every word by Robert Adam's is powerful.There is a lot of learning here.
