Nice, very sharp boning knife. We’ve started buying larger pieces of meat at Costco and cutting them down to meal sizes to freeze. Knife was perfect to cut through thick pork loins and ribeyes.

Nice sharp knife good grip

I use this knife alot it stays sharp and is as good as a much costlier knife. Be careful it is sharper than a razor blade.

Amazing knife, very sharp and easily cut through the Rib Loin I had. Only drawback is the "blade protector" it came with was a flimsy thin piece of plastic.
