No issues with the mobile
Previously I have been using Oppo F11. I was very impressed with that and I have decided to purchase this mobile on April 8 without any reviews as it was launched.The first most impressive feature is the battery management. Very very efficient battery management. Though I am not a game player, I use the mobile most of the time and with a very quick charging (full charge within an hour), the battery stays for me than a day easily. I have never tested the Low Battery Management system though.Camera. The 48 MP camera and the Portrait mode allows us to get the pictures which look very nice and even the video is of excellent quality.Light weight. The moment I took the mobile into my hands, the first thought that came into my mind is, "I wouldn't even know if I have dropped the mobile somewhere". Very light weight.Audio quality is good. Didn't observe any heating issues until now.Finger sensor and facial unlock are impressive.Cons.1. Felt price to be a bit more when compared to it's counterparts.2. Color OS is heavy and it comes with unnecessary baggage that occupies considerable amount of space.3. No inbuilt optimizers.Overall, am happy with my purchase.

Phone is good as I've always been a oppo user since lava went from the market . It's just one thing annoying that my phone heats up quickly whenever I use the camera just for 1 minute even ,never expected this from oppo.

Worst customer care serviceFrom last 15days i am trying to replace or refund for the defective piece which i got which is not workingEvery time customer care raised complaints and requests and delivery agents come say invalid imei or sometimes they don’t say anything and escapeI think this is scam they have delivered a faulty mobile and they are very well aware why imei is not verifyThe mobile is just not getting on they want me to chk imei from itIt is very frustrating and tiring but same thing they keep repeating wait n waitWhen this wait will finish
