Okay, it’s not as good as you could make yourself if you live by the ocean and have access to good fresh fish, but it’s pretty good, especially for the price. I use it to make smoked salmon chowder. Everybody loved it.

Hard to find seafood broth. Works perfectly in my bouillabaisse. Great price too!
