Comfortable and easy to put on
UPDATE after 3 months: These shoes are holding up well, and I love them so much that I just ordered another pair. I can't imagine ever going back to ordinary lace-up bowling shoes. These comfortable and serviceable shoes make the sport of bowling much more enjoyable for me.ORIGINAL REVIEW: These shoes are exactly what I was looking for, and I'm happy to say that they do not disappoint. They fit perfectly to size including the width. (I can't wear the most common brand of bowling shoes because they are too tight in width, but wide width shoes are too big for me.) They are lightweight and easy to put on because once you adjust and tie the laces, you can just slip the shoes on. I use a shoehorn to make it even easier. Even though they are slip-ons, they stay put and don't slide up and down at the heel. The soles are flexible and easy to walk in.I was a bit leary of the soles because I'm used to shoes that have a different sole for the slide foot. I thought having a slide sole on the other foot might be too slippery, but I really can't tell the difference. The slide shoe feels just right. Not too slippery but doesn't stick, either.I have bought expensive bowling shoes in the past thinking they would be better quality, and maybe they are, but they were all uncomfortable in certain ways -- sometimes I felt as though I was walking in clown shoes, and my most recent pair started causing me some toenail problems. These shoes feel similar to wearing a popular brand of lightweight slip-on tennies. I'll have to be careful about remembering to take them off when I finish bowling.

High arch. Worked for my daughter but not for me.
My daughter really likes these shoes and finds them comfortable. I, however, couldn't wear them. The high arches hurt my feet after 10 minutes. Maybe they aren't wide enough for me and the arch was hitting in the wrong spot, I'm not sure. You'll either love them or hate them. They look nice and the price was right. She is happy with them, so I'm happy I purchased!

So comfortable!
Easily the most comfortable bowling shoe I’ve ever owned. I have a narrow size 9 1/2-10 foot. I ordered the side 10, and it’s as comfortable as a slipper. I wanted the pink but they would have taken too long to arrive. Lightweight, and fits like a glove, with no breaking in. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Comfortable
I use these for bowling but will eventually get me another pair to work in. So much better than the ones that the bowling alley loan you. So worth the purchase.

Novice-Level Solution to Rental Shoes
Being a novice bowler, I just needed some thing simple so I didn’t have to rent bowling shoes. (Is there anything grosser than rental bowling shoes? I think not. Especially if they’re still warm from the previous bowler.)My tournament-type bowling family members wear $200 bowling shoes… but my 100 pin average per game does not warrant such fabulous equipment. Hence, I purchased these.1. If you are more than a novice, forget it. These are not for you. Spend the money and get the expensive bowling shoes.2. They aren’t very slippery for sliding at the end of the approach. If you actually have bowling form, these are not for you. My bowling-savvy family members were intrigued by the shoes but mortified by the soles.3. If you don’t like slip-on type bowling shoes, these aren’t for you. Yes, they have Shoe strings but they are more for minor tightening than anything. There’s no tongue.4. If you want something lightweight, these are perfect!5. If you want something that looks “normal,” these suffice.6. If you average 100 pins a game, these are for you.7. They are right for the price.8. Mine were a wee bit big (size 10) but work fine with my thicker socks.9. If you are going to wear shorts while bowling, these won’t help you qualify for fashionista status.10. I’d buy them again. Like I said, they are much better than rental shoes.

Charged for returning shoes
I purchased a pair of shoes and they were too small. Reordered them in a larger size. When I returned the first pair, I was charged $12.00 for shipping back. Distributor should expect returns as sizing is difficult to judge online.
