High quality construction and materials
Our family enjoyed the raft all summer and it held up to a lot of use. We just put it away for the off season and it still looks like brand new. It is very sturdy. We have had 4 adults and two children on it at one time with plenty of room and very stable.

Always leaks
I have purchased three of these. Each one has developed a leak. All of the links have been in a seam. Each one was within three times of using. I have returned the defective one and received new ones. This weekend was the 2nd time we have used my newest one and it has two leaks. I give up. Time to move on to a different brand. I love this float and concept but when you have to pump them up to 10 PSI I think the seams can not handle the pressure.

Great product

All the fabric connectors ripped so the net is useless
I bought this last year for my seasonal pool and it was great! This year all the fabric pieces that connect the net to the dock and the rope decided to come apart so the net isn't attached any longer. The net is the reason I bought the dock. For this price, it should last more than 8 months of use. I'll be looking for a new item but not from this company.

wonderful product
everyone on our lake is jealous! We have had the Big-O for almost 3 months and it has been sturdy, easy to manage, and a lot of fun. I was worried about the mesh in the middle. It has been very durable. Make sure it is dry before you fold it like a taco. I'm going to store it with just enough inflation to make it full but not super rigid. Worth the money.

Great buy!
We were hesitant to spend the money but this is worth it. Kids, dogs and adults lounge comfortably on this every weekend. Very durable. Easy to inflate and deflate.

Missing important parts
The pump and special fitting for filling did not come with the Dock. I have sent this information and have not received a reply.

Bag is not designed thinking of the product.
The inflatable is very good quality but the bag is very inconvenient. The bag is not designed for the inflatable. It is a huge bag for something else but definitely not for this product.
