Classy Clay: With Rubber Stamps & Wire (Design Originals Can Do Crafts)

This book is okay to get ideas once you have mastered the basics of polymer clay. Would not reccomend as the first book to have if just starting.

This is a very well done basic book for someone who is just beginning to try out polymer clay as an artistic medium. It has a number of charming designs with good instructions for how to create pins, boxes, etc. One special feature that I liked was the use of wire in her creations. Very whimsical. Perhaps the best thing about this little book is that one would not have to know anything about polymer clay before trying out her patterns. Success is good when you are just getting started with a craft!

I was looking for a different and yet artistic take on polymer clay. This book delivered. It's got lots of great color palettes and a few really cool projects that I haven't seen anywhere else. There are several projects that aren't my "taste" but I am glad to have to use as a basis of inspiration for gift giving. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

I got some ideas for some cute items to make from this little booklet, it is only 19 pages but enough to get your creativity flowing.
