Planet of the Apes: Before the Fall Omnibus

It's a very good read. The stories are set up in the style of the old movies I grew up with, so therefore, I was immediately hooked. I highly recommend it.But just like some other reviews, I must warn you that the spine of this book is very fragile, by just turning the pages, it cracked from the weight of said pages and now my book is never completely flat and straight, always a bit bent and broken.But, it's worth a broken book to read such great nostalgia driven stories.

I read the prequel series following the movies . The origin series was good between the original PLANET OF THE APES to ESCAPE FROM THE PLANET OF THE APES.

I bought two copies, the cover separated from the glue on the spine on both copies.

This was my second foray into POTA graphic novels and it is well worth the price. The writers once again ingeniously explain such things from the film as why astronaut Landon noted “Cloud covered night. That strange luminously. Yet there’s no moon,” and develops that seemingly offhand phrase into a blockbuster second half of the book. The drawings are clean and crisp and the stories will blow your mind. Be careful with the glued binding, on this edition it tends to come apart. Highly recommended.
