Enticingly written and informative
Insightful telling of the ancient arts of seduction. Each chapter gives thorough instruction and introduction into ideas; movements and sensations you probably haven't thought of. This should be required reading for the modern lover.

This book just changed my life.
In May 2022, I received a lot of setbacks, I started reading the book 'The Arts of Seduction.'📕And it helped me a lot to move on. Before reading the book, I also believed that the ancient 'Kama Sutra' was only about acrobatic $€x positions. But after reading it my point of view about 'Kama Sutra' rather 'Lovemaking' was completely changed. The author started narrating lovemaking by saying 'There is a difference between a f*** and [an] experience.' And this single sentence explains the entire book. I was so wondered to know that the ancient text tells about so many things viz homosexuality, $€x toys, oral $€x and so on.😮 Before reading the book, I never thought that there must be some reasons behind the daily shringhar routine. My favourite chapters of the book are- 'The Art of Perfuming', 'The Phases of Moon', 'The Art of Thrusting', 'Shringhar', 'The Courtesan Fantasy-Jewellery and the Arts of Seduction' and 'The Sixty-Four Skills.' I recommend this book to everyone who has some misconceptions about lovemaking.

'Bad sex was never an option' in the time when the Kama Sutra was written, says Dr Seema Anand
I'm reading my copy of The Arts of Seduction by Seema Anand, an authority on the Kama Sutra. Seema is very sure of her subject. Her 'chatty' style (which she once told me was no good for a writer) works wonderfully. She sounds neither too learned nor embarrassed. The book is fun because she is having great fun communicating with her reader. She treats sex as fun too (so did the original texts, she tellsus ). What a civilisation we must have been, where everyone was having fulfilling sex with the sole intention of giving and receiving pleasure, without harming anyone, without any furtiveness or shame. The attitude towards sex was wholesome and generous - most unlike the twisted and depraved hunger and rage that surround us everywhere. Sex has become a weapon to inflict pain, revenge and 'punishment', and on children, too!!To move on -And 'bad sex was never an option'. (great line). Even something as trifling as the inability to perform for some reason didn't stop a man from giving his partner great pleasure. The 'My Advice' section at the end of each chapter is a great idea. Very well written, too.I think this book is the perfect gift for young couples in love.
