Q: Will this fit the oculus 2?

It isnt meant for the Quest2. I have quest 1 and its perfect for it. I purchased quest 2 as a gift for my best friend and one of these to go with it. But when it Is positioned onto the Q2, since the Q2 is smaller, the cover mask is not snug at all and it kinda flaps around. For the Q1 this wraps arounds it and snaps into the seams where the face pad meets the headset and it feels solid when using it. It does not do this for the Q2. I was annoyed with the silicone on the inside of the cushion flapping around by the lenses. It does not get in the way but it’s just hard to tolerate. Also, when you put the headset on, since the mask isn’t snug it moves around and you have to make adjustments. A bit frustrating.

Yes it will fit Oculus Rift CV1! However, you have to modify the original foam face mask by cutting out the foam in the nose area, leaving the rest of the foam to provide support for the silicone sleeve. The only other issue is it does not "lock-in" as securely as with Oculus Quest. However, that could easily be remedied by tying a string in the very front or gluing the nose piece onto the original plastic frame. Otherwise it pops-out occasionally which, really, is a minor annoyance. Not as annoying as cleaning oil and hair from foam however! Have Fun!
