Worked perfectly with factory board and key.
Great replacement for my factory broken case. The factory key fit right in and the board snapped in. This is a case that comes with a blank key, you will have to put original board in to use.

Solid replacement
This worked perfectly and saved a bundle. I just switched the key blade from our old FOB and swapped the guts and boom, it works perfect. Looks factory too.

INITIAL REVIEW: Shipped quickly, but was missing the most important piece — the button and spring to keep the key locked inside the fob. It’s clearly shown on the photos in the listing so I think u was probably sent an item that someone else returned after taking the piece they needed.I’ve requested a replacement. I’ll update this review when/if the replacement is sent.UPDATE: I received the replacement less than 24 hours after requesting it. It was perfect and worked for exactly what I needed. 2018 Avalon, Perfect Fit
Perfect fit for my 2018 Avalon, accepted the original board and key, holds tightly again. I didn't use the included key-blank -- My original FOB kept falling off the key, this was the fix.

Toooo late to return
Had for 3 weeks..To discover..Key lock separated for device..No more key..Go with the Dealer if possible
