The Secret Life of Pets School Backpack

My daughter had this backpack, that I purchased at Walmart before the school year began. Halfway through the year, the zipper track messed up and so I came to Amazon to purchase the same backpack. Well, it isn't exactly the same. There is black along the zipper track, where on the other (and in the picture) it was pink. The straps will NOT stay adjusted. So every time we put the backpack on, we have to pull the adjustable straps to get it to stay on her back. All she carries in it is a folder and lunchbox. The stitching at the straps is starting to come out, and I suspect that soon it will fall completely off. I gave it two stars, because my daughter loves secret life of pets, and the picture is cute. It does its job for now but do not expect it to last very long, or to hold up to the weight of several books, like an older student may carry.

Bought for my daughter as a school back pack. She's not particularly rough, only first grade and all she carries back and forth is a folder each day and it started to fall apart after less than a month of school. Too bad, it was super cute to begin with.

It's super cute, but definately not boyish. Says "I ♡ mutts" on it in gold... Not really visible in a small view.

My granddaughter went wild over this backpack. It is well made and roomy.
