Samsung replacement parts lists remote model BN59-01185F for your TV model.   From my experience with Samsung TVs and remotes, the universal remotes do 95% + of the needed functions.  Sometimes the universals have several buttons that do another job function or won't do some functions your TV  will perform.  From my standpoint, I tell my clients that the universal remotes will change channels, volume and get them into the menu.  At $10 to $20 each, they are cheap enough to experiment. I personally, buy the universals for everyday use and put the original away in a drawer for specific uses.  I also tell them, Samsung has some very good cell phone apps that fully mimic the remotes.
