I have one of these tools, but the hardened punch bit suddenly broke. Is there a source of replacement punches for this tool?

I highly doubt they make them for our 14$ nibbler. I know the highend ones from like Mcmaster carr do have replacements but those replacements are between 15-30$ alone. Let me know if you find one .

Yes it is made of metal and removable. It is held on with a Phillips head screw and there is a roll pin for alignment.
