Would this possibly fit a full-sized Mac ally keyboard with number pad? It came up in the results when I searched for Mac Ally keyboard cases.

I don't think this Hermitshell Case will fit a Mac Keyboard with number pad. You should measure the keypad with numberpad and compare to the dimensions of this case. It fits my Apple magic keyboard w/o the number pad perfectly.

Will the microsoft designer compact keyboard fit in this case?

Yes it will. I have the Microsoft Designer Compact keyboard in mine now

Will this work for Apple keyboard A1314?

I wouldn't recommend it unless it's the only thing you pack in the case.
