Absolutely fantastic. Powerful magnet. Works amazingly well. I was doing a bunch of angle grinding friction cutting and the ground around my work area was covered with metal shards and fine metal dust. This tools worked like a dream. It picked up all the metallic dust and shavings with ease. Its not everyday that a tool impresses me so this was a great surprise. Highly recommend for anyone doing metal work.

This wand not only collects ferrous material, pull the handle and it will drop it in the trash. Outstanding for picking up grindings, drill swarf and hacksaw pieces from concrete, much better than sweeping. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is when cleaning my metal lathe the wand is get strongly attached to the ways. I would certainly recommend it, good price and excellent performance. It will save time worth it's cost.

Terrific tool, must have for any metal fabricator. I finally broke mine after 3 years of heavy use, and I’m immediately ordering another. The only thing I’ll mention is that you want to be mindful if you store it on the side of your toolbox like I do. It can scratch the paint over time. I put a small piece of tape where I store this, and it’s been smooth sailing

How have I not heard of this before? This thing is awesome! I use it around my chop saw, drill press, grinding areas and anywhere I work where I make a mess when fabricating. Just wave the magic wand to clean up your metal mess anywhere in your shop. This makes cleanup quick ad easy. I run it along frame rails after drilling holes to collect the chips and curlies. Once done or it's full just pull the plunger and it dumps and cleans itself. No more metal splinters. Highly recommended.

Me sorprendio el tamaño y la calidad. Esperaba fuera mas pequeña y delgada. Para mi sorpresa se siente muy firme, solida, fuerte y de muy buena calidad. Una herramienta muy util al momento de luchar cuando quieres limpiar tus herramientas y mesa de trabajo con los residuos de metal fino. Yo encantado con esta original y necesaria herramienta para el taller de herrería.

This thing works great. One can quickly tell that there are three magnets equally spaced apart inside the barrel. So if you’re trying to pick up nuts or bolts the magnets have to be directly over them in order to pick them up. For people who complain it’s not strong enough obviously have not tried it around a lathe or drill press, get too close and it grabs the heavy steel quite aggressively. I almost wish it wasn’t as strong. I also found that it does fling swarf off back at you when pulling back on the release. The solution for that is to slide the wiper ring forward until it touches the first bit of swarf, then pull the release back and the swarf doesn’t fling it just drops straight into recycling can. I’m happy with the purchase.
