Q: Suitable for Instapot?

These are very good quality. I have the 8 qt Instant Pot Duo Crisp and these are too big even for the 8 QT. Overall assembled diameter across the bottom is 9 1/2". It is even larger across the top because of the handles. I really liked them and wanted to keep them but I bought them for the sole purpose of using them in my 8 Qt instant pot and since they are too big I had to reluctantly return them :(..

Q: Can i use your springform baking pan when baking small recipes with meatballs, chicken, etc?

I would suggest you only use your springform pan for recipes that call for a springform pan.

Q: how tall are the sides?

Hi there! The sides of this Silicone Springform Baking Pan are 3.03 inches tall. While the diameter is 9 inches.

Q: Is it easy to take out of the oven? I'm used to sturdy metal pans and use those sides to help me remove the pan from the oven.

I have no problems removing them from the oven. I push them to the edge of the shelf and and take them fro the bottom. If you are worried, you can try placing them on a cookie sheet/baking pan when putting them in, so that you grab the baking pan and not the silicone sides of the ring molds.
