This is a great book if you’re learning chemistry or just need a refresher. I purchased this to help me through some college chemistry classes as it has been a while since I’ve taken it. Great book, well written, informative and easy to read.

Not exactly at the advanced level; good for those who know next to no chemistry. Given to my 6th grader grandson.

The media could not be loaded. Great book, easy to read. This will help me prepare for chemistry in college.I don’t know why some people are complaining that this book “dOeSn’T hAvE eNoUgH pIcTuReS” when most of the book contains pictures every 1-2 pages. It’s a book, not a photo album. You’re supposed to read it.The layout is fine and it’s helped me to learn basic chemistry so far. (However, there are typos that are easy to identify and that should have been better edited, it's not tooo big of a deal, but meh).

I just started reading, but I love the book's simple language. The author almost has me believing I will understand chemistry, at the very least on a level that I can understand what is going on in class as I head back to school!
