Sergeant's Guardian PRO Flea & Tick Collar Cats, 7-Month, 1-Pack

I would give this a zero if I could. Not effective. Very disappointed.

My cat doesn't mind wearing a collar, and I know from past experiences these work perfectly fine. Not only does it get rid of fleas and ticks but also stops flea larve and flea eggs. Only once did I ever have an issue with fleas so I stop them before they start.

I love this collar and my cat does too! It lasts for 3-4 months.

my cat instantly started acting weird once I put this collar on him. I was worried but I decided to leave it on him a day or so to see if his behavior would change.....it didn't. he kept just dropping to the floor when I touched him. it was like he was asking me to take it off. after two days I took it off and within 3 or 4 minutes he was acting very normal as in before the collar came into play. I will look for other methods but this aint it. the price wasn't worth me going through the trouble of returning so im just gonna throw it away

I bought two of these and one of my cats had a bald ring spot around her neck, I suppose she's allergic to the active ingredient, this completely understandable, they're just like humans I'm allergic to ibuprofen so I know I can't take it, now I know my cat is allergic to this ingredient so I won't buy it for her anymore, the boy is doing just fine, no adverse reaction whatsoever.

We have an indoor cat that never goes outside, but we have a dog that goes in and out all day long. Even though the dog is flea treated, we have found the occasional flea in the house. Not wanting to get a monthly topical for our cat, but wanted something to make sure the fleas don't use him as a buffet, we ordered this collar as a solution. When the collar came in, we read the instructions, put it on our cat, and he seems perfectly fine with it. We haven't seen any fleas on him at all, and the collar actually smells nice.

Works like all the previous purchased collars

My cats are indoors, but I moved from a house to a pet friendly apt. Got these as a precaution, and also because mosquito season (i sit with them on a balcony). One cat loves to cuddle, and right next to my face all the time. The collar has a strong odor, that isn't exactly unpleasant, but is annoying, and sticks to the fabric. The other cat didn't like the feel of the ‘clasp’ to the point where he was scratching out tufts of fur after less than a day (even when i rotated it). Removed it and he didn't scratch anymore, and he hasn't reacted to the other cat’s collar. Can’t give the effectiveness of the product a review due to how short term they were used, which is why i only put 3 star.
