I am writing this review just share a great experience with AUKEY customer support. Service like this should be applauded, and I intend to shop AUKEY first for products they make.I ordered this portable charger and immediately began charging it through the USB C port. It worked incredibly... for about three weeks. At that point, the USB C port stopped working. Everything else works just fine.I emailed AUKEY to see if there was a way to reset the USB C port. Their answer was "send us your address and we'll send you a new one. There's no need to send your other one back."Three days later, I had a second portable charger. This one works great so far.

BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT. Upon arrival it looks great and seems to function perfectly. However, upon the SECOND day of use the damn thing stopped working. Only the slow charge output works and all the "fast charging" ports are useless. I've tried this with multiple plugs (official apple and Amazon cords) and none work. To top this whole ordeal off is that the stupid thing, although it shows as charged, suddenly dies and runs out of battery into very slight use (like 50% of my iphone 8's battery). It shows as dead, then I charge it up again for 12+ hours and boom same thing happens. Dies in record speed. This is a waste of your money, do not purchase.

I bought this for the explicit purpose of powering a wireless Vive Pro headset, and it has performed admirably in this role. While I have not accurately measured the time, I have repeatedly gone past midnight in VRchat, which I estimate to be 7 hours of playtime.However, I don't think it was built with this in mind. With the battery in my back pocket, the QC3.0 chip occasionally overheats, and briefly kills the headset. I can resolve this for the rest of the play session by blowing the hot air out through the unused USB ports, but this is not ideal.AUKEY, how is the heat from the QC3.0 chip being dissipated? Would it be possible to make a simple spreader that conducts the heat out to the shell?

I purchased this around six months back.A couple of months ago it started malfunctioning. After charging it, the LED light kept blinking as if it was charging another device but nothing was connected to it. It resolved on its own but now, the problem is back and not being resolved.The product has never been mishandled or dropped. I even bought a hard case to keep it safe.I request a replacement as I am still in the 24 month replacement period.EDIT 10April 2019I received a full refund from the seller and updated my review from one to a three star.I applaud the seller for their quick response. Excellent customer service

First off, this is an amazing power bank. I loved this thing for almost an entire year. But, the USB C port, the one I mainly use for charging/discharging just suddenly stopped working the other day. The port has always been on the loose side as to the fit of the connector.This product has a 24-month warranty and I've already contacted Aukey about the issue. It would be a 5-star product if I trusted to connector port more. Will update if I hear back from Aukey.(It was only the TYPE C that stopped working, all three other ports on the device function as normal)

Was great while it worked, but at one month shy of the 24 month warranty, it quit quick charging and the Usb C port quit working. I didn't notice it, my wife did, but by the time she told me the warranty was up. Also not a huge fan of the fact it started bulging after a year.

Great power bank that is very versatile i use it mostly for nintendo switch when traveling and iphone and you can charge it a few times no problem. Remember any portable charger over time the charging will take longer because it does degrade over time. Make sure to fully charge it the first time.

love having the security of all my mobile electronics being easily recharged regardless of where I am.This thing is so damn reliable. It was there when I needed it, especially when I use my phone to take lots and lots of pictures so that drains my battery very quickly.I love that it has two USB ports so i can charge two things at one time, i bought a power bank previously but it only has one connection, so being able to charge two devices at a time definitely makes a difference.

El producto me ha sido muy útil para mantenerme jugando con mi Nintendo Switch más allá de la duración de la batería de la consola, es una lástima que tuve que comprarla en otro lado porque la que me mandó el vendedor estaba dañada, y el vendedor no tiene política de reemplazo, y como la compré con una promoción, tuve que buscar por otro lado.
