Excellent replacement
As advertised and matched really well with the interior. Installation if careful is rather straightforward though holding the replacement in place while attaching the screw for the main assembly can be a bit tricky.

Perfect fit, fairly easy to install.
Perfect replacement for 2014 Nissan Altima driver side visor. There is a YT video showing how to carefully pry off the plastic cover. I used the round end of a bottle opener and slowly worked it free without breaking any of the tabs. The visor originally would not pivot at all as others have mentioned. Before installing it, I gently pushed on it back and forth. It took a few minutes but it finally loosened up and now it pivots the full range smoothly.
