Strange magical powers
I started running half marathons in 2009. I ran over 30 half marathons between 2009 and 2023, and practically every time I would get cramp, either towards the end of the race or just after finishing. There may have been once or twice that I didn't suffer in all those years. I never drove home after a race, I'd always get a friend to drive because I'd get cramp if I drove within a couple of hours of finishing the race (trying to keep your muscles in the right positions for driving would bring on the cramp). I bought these sachets in 2023. Since then I've run 9 half marathons and I haven't suffered cramp in any of them! Remarkable. For one event, due to my friend being ill I had to go on my own and drive home. I did get cramp while driving home from that event, but I stopped and drank one of the sachets. The cramp relief was instant. The tightness in my legs disappeared completely. I got back into the car and carried on. The cramp did come back a little a couple of times after 10 minutes or so, but not as bad, so I was able to stretch it out and carry on. I still have the other two sachets intact in my running pouch. I'm sure it's just the vinegar that does the job, but whether or not the sachets have magical powers I'm keeping them in my running pouch!

Undrinkable
Totally unpalatable. Its basically flavoured vinegar. I would prefer to get cramp than drink this!

Sadly did not work for me
Tried it on the London Marathon - however there was no noticeable result for me. Guess it comes down to the individual.

Horrible made me feel sick
Taste of these is like vinegar. Swirling this in your mouth whilst racing really was the worst experience
