Very well written and very heart breaking when you read about what poor skylar has to go thru with the bigotry and stupid superstitious lies. Am glad that Troy finally grew up and made skylar his and their daughter. Great story!!!!

I love mm shifter books so finding a new book is great. The story keeps your attention from first page.I started reading and ended up finishing it in bed at 3 am, which I never do, but just wanted to know what happened.If you enjoy a good mm shifter book them you'll love this

Troy the alpha is the one that screws things up the first time around. It is good to see that he is made to work for his redemption. Even though he messed up by running out on Skyler you can understand the fears and uncertainty that drove him to do what he did. Skyler is also a great character that comes back from being banished by his pack to making a success of his life and family bringing up his daughter with his family of friends. I liked that fact that while he moved on there was a recognition of the emotional scars and the lasting damage that the treatment by his pack caused. It's 3.30 am and I've just finished this book. It was that good that I didn't put it down and I couldn't leave finishing it til the morning. I've cried absolute buckets and I've sobbed my heart out - some of them were even happy tears!This is a beautiful story that needs to be read.The characters melted my heart.Now I need to go to bed after I take some aspirin for my book hangover - it's so worth it though.I voluntarily received a copy of this ARC for review.

This is the first book I have read from this author and it will not be the last this is such a great book. If like me you enjoy a well written engaging shifter book then you won't want to miss this one. Skylar and Troy were just great together things don't start out smooth with these two but I just loved that Troy could admit he was in the wrong and make things right, I loved these guys and really enjoyed their story.
