once dured, can you walk on it without damage?

This stuff has the durability of a rubber band. If you plan to walk/drag/bounce anything abrasive (shoes, wooden objects, etc. etc.) on it you can expect to gouge or wear through it fairly quickly. A tougher walking surface (such as 90# roll roofing, etc.) should be put down independently after you've coated the surface underneath
