Worth it
One of my favorite pens. In fact I own two and bought one for each of my co-workers.. my only issue is that I wish there were more ink color options. Other than that it writes smoothly and doesnt smear. Good for note taking.

LOOOOVE THESE PENS!!
These are my all time FAVORITE pens!! Ive gotten my workers into using them too! Great price for the look and feel. I have bought a total of 10 so far. 2 All Black, one black with silver, a blue, pink, green, maroon, bronze, gold, and green. The writing is smooth, the weight and grip feels like it should be more like a $15+ pen. I write consistently, and the ink does last quite longโฆ sorry unknown timeframe for the inkโฆ Nothing to this pen super easy to use and get thru your workday.

Solid Silver Dr. Grip 4+1 Pen That Handles My Travel Notes Okay
I bought this Pilot Dr. Grip 4+1 multi pen in silver because I travel a lot for business and leisure and get tired of carrying separate pens and a pencil in my bag. After moving from Florida to Delaware, I still end up scribbling meeting notes, itineraries, and quick lists on planes or in hotel rooms. The ergonomic grip sounded useful for longer writing sessions, and having four colors plus a 0.5mm mechanical pencil in one tool seemed practical. I expected smooth Acro ink that wouldn't skip much, a comfortable hold, and easy color switching. It mostly met those expectations for daily use, though a couple things fell a bit short. The soft cushion grip really helps during longer stretches of writing. The 0.7mm ballpoints in black, blue, red, and green flow fairly smoothly with the Acro inkโlow drag and decent color payoff. I use red for action items and blue for regular notes when color-coding travel plans or meeting summaries. The mechanical pencil comes in handy for quick underlines or erasable marks on forms. In real life, it's handy for airport paperwork, updating checklists mid-trip, or sketching rough ideas without switching tools. The silver body looks clean and professional enough for work stuff. It's retractable and has a decent clip. On the downside, one of the mechanisms can stick sometimes and needs a firmer push to extend or retract properly. The tiny eraser under the cap wears out fast and is too small for anything beyond minor fixes. Ink can start feeling a little drier toward the end of a refill, and the whole pen is chunkier than slim single pens, which might not suit everyone. Value for money is fair. It's not the cheapest multi-pen, but the comfort and refill options make it reasonable for how often I use it on the road. Overall, this silver Dr. Grip 4+1 is a reliable everyday carry for folks who want versatility in one pen. It handled my basic expectations for smooth writing and comfort during travel pretty well, even if the mechanisms aren't always perfect. I keep it in my bag most trips now.

Makes writing fun
This is my go-to pen that I carry everywhere. It feels special to write with and is versatile for all sorts of situations. It's comfortable for long writing sessions. Pen refills are affordable and easy to swap out. I love the mechanical pencil portion.

4 ink colors and a pencil!
I bought this multi pen years ago. Itโs a bit clunky and inelegant but it houses 4 pens and a pencil, making it a great item and value for money. I keep one in my office bag at all times. I only recently figured out why my pencil doesnโt work. Mine didnโt come with lead! And the activation button for the pencil is the clip. Maybe this helps someone.

Favorite Pen Ever!
This pen is wonderful! I need to use multiply ink colors throughout the day and was struggling with carrying multiple pens to meetings. This is the solution as it has 4 ink colors and a pencil. It is a good weight & comfortable to hold. The ink flow is good, pencil is great. The eraser is small so not good for a lot of erasing but perfect for tentative appointments in my calendar. This is my second one of these and would buy again over and over.

The best pen I ever had... 5 in 1!
I had this pen for couple of weeks now. My work in healthcare requires of me to use 3 mandatory colors and a pencil, but I am managing to use all 4 colors and the pencil, cause I am required to write most of my shift. The metallic pink looks much better in reality versus the picture, the ink sharp, smooth and looks/feels like a gel pen. No pain and discomfort in my hand/fingers ever. I also ordered extra ink, but would love to get the gold version of this pen as well. Simply perfect.

Nurses favourite pen
As a nurse who charts a lot this is such a nice pen! I originally received one as a gift and when I misplaced it I had to get myself another! I love the included pencil and the small .5mm ball. Glides so smooth - I keep repurchasing the refills because it's my favourite pen.
