This is a fantastic knife that I carry in my pocket at all times while I'm outside of the house, especially while working doing food deliveries over night throughout the week and weekends and it makes me feel really safe to have, considering. It's SO pretty in pink, and is sharp as a tack and will easily cut your finger if not careful, which I've already done personally, so it's definitely good and sharp and the blade is stable and sturdy, so I feel VERY confident in its abilities for whatever you wish to use it for, but like I said for me, I got it for my personal safety, though I do use it as a utility knife here and there when needed. Also, besides the color and how reliant it is, my favorite part is that it's spring loaded for super quick access, which gives me peace of mind. This knife is worth the money and I'm so glad I have it!! 5 stars, for sure!!

THIS IS A GREAT KNIFE!!! (I have had this knife for 3 years and don't know why I waited so long to write a review). I am a female who wanted a knife I could carry with me and feel I'd be able to access quickly if need be. I wanted something sturdy (and sharp) that I feel I could count on just in case. I also didn't want to spend a ton of money if I didn't need to in order to get a decent quality knife. So I read ALL the reviews (well probably not all, but enough from knife aficionados who insisted this was a high quality knife, especially for the price). Since I wanted to be sure I could use it safely being the knife-novice that I am, I wanted a knife that was designed with a locking mechanism so it won't spring open in my pocket or purse and a locking blade so God Forbid if I need to use it for something I really need to depend on it for, the blade will stay locked open. This particular knife in the video is 3 years old, it goes wherever I go, and it has held up EXTREMELY well. When I first got it, I had to practice opening and closing it quite a bit to get comfortable handling it (like I said, I'm a knife-novice). It springs open VERY quickly and is also VERY sharp (especially the tip so be careful if you are new to handling knives). I love that I can open it with one hand and quickly if need be. I mess with it all the time (and I mean that in the safest way possible) and the locking mechanism that you need to push down prior to opening the knife has not loosened or become less secure at all. Nor has the opening mechanism, and the knife still springs open just as fast as it did when I got it. It's also very sturdy, and has a bit of weight to it which makes it feel very solid. So long story short: pretty solid knife at a very good price that you can open with one hand very quickly and easily, makes me feel safe having it with me, and I will definitely buy another when I eventually wear mine out. I highly recommend it!

I don't use "great" often, but I really like the blade. I believe it is truly 440C. The issues are all minor but add up to a one-star deduction for me. 1) The handle is slippery. If you're hands are sweaty or greasy, this thing will be tough to get a hold of. 2) The knife does loosen after a while. This happens with all folders, especially if you like to flip it open instead of carefully unfolding it. The handle will loosen as well, while this can be tighted back down... ...the screws to tighten it are Torx screws, so you might be out of luck if you don't have a set of Torx keys. Or you will use regular Hex key and risk stripping the screw. 3) The safety. Easily the worst part of the knife and the only plastic part. After a quick while it will loosen so much that it basically becomes useless as it will just slide freely and not lock in either position. When it's in the "safe" position, it will just slide out of the way if you try to open the knife, so basically it's as if the safety doesn't exist. When it's in the "unsafe" position, it can actually easily slide back into "safe" and keep you from closing your knife quickly. Poked myself a couple of times because it got stuck as I was trying to close the knife and put it back in my pocket in one movement.

It's a nice knife but I can't get it opened or closed. It's also a bit big and heavy for this o'l gal. I most like will return it. I am not in the woods, I am cutting up boxes.
