They are working well but I am having trouble with the ear buds. They are too small !

If there is issue about the ear domes , please refer to the information on first page of the user manual for after-sales support. Choose a suitable ear dome and proper insertion of the ear dome is key to getting enough loudness and avoid whistling.

Why do I hear whistling / feedback from my hearing aid?

Whistling is usually caused by an ill-fitting ear dome. Please choose the proper size ear dome and make sure it is inserted correctly into your ear canal. A secure and snug fit can effectively reduce feedback and improve sound quality.

How often should I replace the ear domes?

We recommend replacing the ear domes every 1–3 months for optimal comfort and sound performance. Regular replacement helps maintain a proper seal and prevents sound leakage or whistling.

Why is my hearing aid not loud enough even when volume is turned up?

Insufficient loudness is often related to the ear dome. Using an incorrectly sized or worn-out dome can break the sound seal. Please check and replace with a properly fitting ear dome for clear and sufficient sound.
