Well-made and a very good size
The stepper from Maxstrength is well made from quite a robust plastic material. It comes with 8 extra risers, four of which fit snugly in the base of the stepper, where they are held reasonably firmly. The risers fit into the base of the stepper, at either end, and can be added to increase the height of the step as required. The risers fit together very well and are quite firm when attached.I was impressed with the overall size of the stepper, particularly the width, and it gives a good area to use. This good width helps maintain stability when its being used and allows for the exercise to be concentrated on rather than trying to balance on a small area as well. So far I've used it for single leg strengthening work as I recover from injury but I'm also looking forward to using for other exercises as I regain fitness.

Bel prodotto. Esteticamente ha dei bei colori e la possibilità di regolare l'altezza fino a 30 cm è molto valida. Ha una buona stabilità anche se gli incastri non entrano benissimo. Nel complesso è un buon stepper.

Know how to put it together
It can seem tricky to place this together, but it's a matter of paying attention to how the pieces fit together. Once you've placed all the pieces together, I use it in tandem with a weight vest. Since the item has good height, you get a really good workout!
