Love these outside my home. Doesnt put off a very bright light but it looks very cool. They are good size and work great

These lights are really intriguing. They respond to gravity and adjust their flicker based on where the ground is in relation to your bulb. These are not traditional length bulbs, so be sure to account for the extra room you’ll need if you plan to use any sort of cover. Mine was a glass entryway bulb housing, and although it was fairly long, the bulb barely fit. They’re quite bright. As you can see from my video, my home doorway was lit up as if it had a torch in front of it, so not the most subtle light. I bought these for a haunted house theme this Halloween, so I’m fine with the lack of subtly. These will really help with the aesthetic I’m going for. They’re LED, so they don’t produce heat.

The flame effect looks realistic and visually appealing. I’m not personally a fan of the “quick flick” method used to change modes, but fortunately the default flame mode was perfect for my needs. I purchased them for Christmas lanterns, and they look beautiful. Overall, I would recommend these lights, especially for the price.

Bought these for new house that is a modern ranch style. They add so much to the front when they are on at night. Even delivery people have complemented them.

I'm doing a 5 star cause it was an impule buy and not the products fault for the issues that arose. The size of the bulb was pretty standard. The box says to flip on and off quickly to change the modes, this was used in the ceiling light sockets of an older trailer park trailer I don't think has the proper updated electrical to use these bulbs effectively but that's not the bulbs fault or if it didnt work i couldn't tell a change. The ambiance lighting was great but too dim for how my friend wanted to use it for. Again not the products fault but for a small area ambiance functionality should be fine. The color simulation for fire I think looked fine too. Not a crisp infront of a fire but more blurry behind sort of thing which to me was just fine.

Pretty good. as expected. This “Upgraded” version is Brighter than other model “Gen 2” of same brand, less realistic than “Gen 2” version. If you want realistic, go with Gen 2. For more glow, go with “upgraded”. The mode control is touchy and unreliable on either. 1/2 second off, then on to switch modes. 1/4 second or 3/4 second won’t work. I wish they retained the mode you left them on. Having four and having to play the switch game between all 4 to get the mode I want is a bummer.

So far these are great. Very happy with the warm color and brightness. Have them inverted and they work perfectly. Give a nice ambience for reading in the sunroom.

We have a detached garage and like to put these bulbs in the light by the man door in the summer time. They are dimmer than a regular light bulb which is nice when we are outside in the yard in the evenings. They flicker soothingly and are not bright enough to interfere with the many decorative solar lights I like to put in my flowerbeds and planters. In the winter we usually switch back to a regular light bulb for safety so we can see any ice that might be on the sidewalk and my solar lights are stored for the winter so I don't need to worry about interference.
