Q: Can anyone tell me what the washers are for? I fitted everything together and didn't seem to need them.

Daughter built up this chair and says four washers went in tilting mechanism but also said she got extra parts which she has kept - loves the chair!!

Hello, there. The size of our mesh office chair is about 49cm*50cm(L*W ) and the depth from the armrest to the seat cushion is about 18-28cm（including the adjustable range of the arms). Thanks for your attention.

Q: Mixed answers on the lumbar support being moveable. Surely it needs to be adjustable to accomodate peoples different heights. Is this adjustable?

Hello, the lumbar support of the ergonomic office chair is fixed in the backrest and can't be moved up/down but it suits the shape of human spine and can support the back well. Hope it helps.
