It is a sturdy and beautiful easel. Although I could use an even larger one, this holds very large canvases, which I use as a professional. My husband says a couple holes were not drilled deep enough, but all pieces were included. I'm very happy I bought it, and the price with 2 day shipping makes it a big Win for me!

This easel is well-built, made from quality materials, and looks fantastic. From the moment you open the box, it’s clear that Meeden takes pride in their products—each component is wrapped in a soft fabric-like material and clearly labelled to make assembly easy. The instructions are clear, the pilot holes are pre-drilled, and all parts align perfectly, making the setup process straightforward. I'm genuinely impressed and excited to start using this easel.

I have four other easels and I like this one the best. Has very convenient shelf and drawer easily accessible. Takes up less floor space because of the way the legs are configured. Very adjustable including the base bar that holds bottom of painting. Love the wood color. Very, very sturdy. Highly recommend.

I really rounded up from four and a half. Could be a little sturdier but it works for my daughter in her small manhattan apartment and she hasn’t complained. She did paint me something on it.
