Item arrived defective with loose parts.
Shortly after ordering this item, I suffered a stroke.Because of this I was not able to test the unit until after the date of the return window.Inspection revealed that internal parts were broken and loose. DOABecause of the return window, their customer service insisted on charging a restocking fee.They refused to take into account that I had had a stroke.I will never order from them again.

It doesn't work
It simply doesn't work I've connected it to different PA's and it doesn't work. Even trying to connect to the mixer PV-14bt with XLR cable and it ain't work

Lasted 2 Months
Eventually stopped working after 2 months. Attenuation switch never functioned properly. Got low volume output a the loudest setting.
