Instabind Regular Carpet Binding (Heather)

This product works well for the jobs it’s intended for I did my whole caravan carpets and it looks well

Instructions next to useless went to u tube to get decent instructions. Very expensive could get a small rug for the £80 price. Binding is far to small only 7mm by 5mm whereas my rug binding is15mm by 10mm generally very disappointed. Would not recommend.

If you take your time the results look professional

The edging of the binding is plastic with no area to hide the frayed edge of the carpet. A glue gun is needed to keep the binding in place, and is seen from the top. The sticky side that lays under the carpet is not sticky enough and continues to detach from the carpet.

After having new carpet installed we had a couple of pieces left and decided to try this to finish off the ends for a cleaner look and it worked great. If you watch the video and follow the instructions, you'll be able to have a nice professional look on your remnants and save yourself some money.

Easy to install, I needed a 30 inch runner for my floor so I ordered a 6X9 rug and cut it down, used instabind and a glue gun to finish the edge

Have not used it yet, but appears as promised in the box. Does not come with glue gun as shown in the picture. Be sure and watch the several times that explains how to install the edging, patience and accuracy will be required!
