Quality is lacking. Collet is loose and cord is broken. Terrible product and Amazon really needs to rethink how they promote and sell these inferior products.

Kupa is a top notch company and I expected so much better of them. This efile lacks power and has too much vibration.It's not even as good as some of the no name cheap efiles sold on Amazon for half the price.If you are a nail professional do not waste your money. If you are a hobbyist you can get a better efile for cheaper.

I was very unhappy with customer service and more so the quality of this electric file. It's not that cheap to not be of higher quality. The hand piece stopped working properly (glitching) 3 months after I purchased it. I don't work in a salon, I am mobile therefore I don't use it as frequently, so the fact that I use it minimally and it didn't hold up more than 3 months is ridiculous. I contacted customer support, they said they had to evaluate after mailing it in IF it would be under warranty otherwise it's a $75 charge just for the handle. That's already half the price of the damn machine itself. It not mentioning not having it for 3 weeks is an inconvenience.

I waited 3 months to write this. This is so u can save your money. If u are a certified tech this is not up to standards. It lasted 3 months the hand-piece failed and its extremely difficult to find a replacement

Had this drill for 6 months and wiring is already failing. After only a week started having issues with the bit spinning. Requires manual push to get going. Now where the cord meets hand piece the wiring has bent and no longer has connection.

I could use this only for 2 months!!!wow!!!the handpiece broken !!!! What can I do?

To start off I’ve been doing nails for over 20 years. (Oh and I’m a Vietnamese nail tech so you know I’m used to using all the high quality equipments)So to says that I’ve always disliked Kupa drills is something you should consider. They always needed maintenance to keep working. Was never the quietest hand pieces. And had the tendency to get very hot if ever drop even if nothing broke or bent, and they vibrate way too much for something at that price range.But I decided to give the Manipro 2.0 a try and am so disappointed. It’s even worse then some of the cheaper brands on Amazon. The hand piece is still loud. On top of that it’s way to weak to even use daily.And no I didn’t buy it on Amazon but from the Kupa web site. So now I’m stuck with it cause they lie. It’s says you have 30 days return but when I returned it all they did was send me a new one. I wanted my money back not this junk of a drill.Oh and in that picture is the melted wire in the brand new hand piece I was sent.Professional drill with motor the size of water bottle cap.
