How do you use this after delivery?

Place it in the freezer, and then before use put it in a disposable sleeve that comes with it. You can place this in your underwear and relax for max 20 minutes. To use warm you can microwave in short bursts (so it doesn’t overheat). I used it warm and placed it on my stomach for uterine contractions. On my neck and shoulder too.

I’m guessing from the pictures it can be reused. Is that right?

Yes you can wash this after use and it comes with disposable sleeves

Are these for placing on your tummy or in your underwear or both?

Underwear, although I can’t see why you can’t use on tummy. If just for aches and pains I imagine fine but k would only use as instructed

Do you use these on top of or under maternity pads?

I used on top of. You’re only supposed to use for 20 min at a time anyway. And they come with a liner/wrapper for each use (So it’s not directly on your bits!) You can take the liner off and then just wash the pad itself in hot soapy water after you’re done.
