You should think about reading this
Iโve been thinking (overthinking, spiraling, rethinking, and then overthinking my rethinking) about buying this book for what feels like several centuries. You know how it isโeveryoneโs out here trying to be โmore mindfulโ while Iโm just trying not to mentally re-play that awkward thing I said in 2009. This book is basically a toolkit for escaping the overthinking hamster wheelโlike a mental Swiss Army knife, but without the risk of accidentally stabbing yourself. Itโs crammed with different theories and strategies that actually make sense. And the best part? Itโs written in plain English, so you donโt need a PhD in Philosophy or a translator for โself-help jargon.โ Very readable, very relatable, and very much worth the brain space.

Excellent book with lots of exploration of common mental health challenges and damaging thought processes. Good examples on how to be more positive and live in the present moment and not worry about the past.same

Helpful, but a few quirks....
Ok I need to come back and edit my review. Initially I was VERY put off by the fact that this was a self published book with extremely bad formatting. It is BOTH those things! AND it's also AI Driven. I can tell due to the grammar, AI has a very specific dead giveaway!! That all said, it's offered some very good possibilities for me to consider, given the *reason* WHY I bought the book in the first place. Nick! (Author) if you see this, I apologise!! I do, but you really should proofread your work!! OR get a professional to do it for you. Someone like me who KNOWS when someone's used AI to do things for them!! It's very blatant to me. ALSO you need much better formatting (Justification and then underlining titles? uhg!! Absolute formatting amateur!!) BUT... after all of 'that'. I am very appreciative of the good/new thoughts I can work on. If you're not formatting snob... and can get past, and keep reading, I think it's *very* worth it. Originally I gave this 2 stars, but have come back to edit, to update more on my findings. I stuck with it, it's been very good, I need to get over the formatting snobbery! lol I DO recommend, but you also need to see past the AI'ness of it as well. (I mean come on Nick, did you sit there and tell the AI helper - reference this and that at least ten times before proceeding to the point?? this happens quite frequently, but it IS relevant? it DOES do my head in a bit...)
