It does the job.
When I opened the package I was so disappointed- it looked like it’d be too small, but it’s perfect. I guess I hadn’t noticed the mouth is smaller on the newer Nalgenes than twenty years ago.

Exactly what I expected.
It looks too small in the package, but it fits perfectly. Very helpful for controlled chugging of water! It's a thick plastic, so I know it's going to last.

Cheap and does what you expect
Fits perfectly in the wide-mouth bottle. Friction fit. easy to remove so you can clean it. It survived in the dishwasher when I place it next to the silverware.

The Nalgene brand sipper does its job well, which should be the case since it is priced much higher than other similar products.

Absolutely misleading
We ordered this once in late December and they came in the wrong size. We figured that we ordered it wrong and gave them to a friend. We ordered a second time, making sure we ordered the right size and these still came in the smaller size. I see from other comments that other people have had the same problem. Don’t believe the description. These are not for the wide mouth Nalgene water bottles. Very wrong/bad description.

I felt like an idiot when I kept spilling water on myself. Then I saw I friend with one on these on her water bottle. They are great! Stops spills from the wide mouth water bottle. Makes it really easy to drink and easy to remove for cleaning.
